By accessing or using MomoScan at momoscan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MomoScan, operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom.

MomoScan provides a real-time stock market scanning tool that monitors pre-market, market and after-hours activity for US-listed securities. The service includes:

• Real-time momentum scanning with 1-second updates
• HOD (High of Day), surge and EMA9 bounce alerts
• Volume acceleration tracking
• Live news feed for tracked tickers
• Mobile and desktop interfaces

The service operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–01:00 GMT (+1), excluding UK bank holidays and US market closures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to perform maintenance, apply updates or suspend the service at any time.

To access MomoScan you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use MomoScan. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Each account is for a single user only. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the service under a single subscription.

MomoScan is currently provided free of charge. No payment is required to register or use the service.

• Free access: Full scanner access is available to all registered users at no cost.
• Voluntary donations: Users may optionally make a one-time donation to support the running costs of MomoScan. Donations are entirely voluntary and do not affect your level of access to the service.
• Payment processing: Donations are processed securely by Stripe. By making a donation you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• No refunds: Donations are non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions towards service costs.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. Existing free users will be given reasonable notice of any such changes.

As MomoScan is a free service, there is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time.

If you wish to have your account and personal data removed, please contact us at info@momoscan.com and we will delete your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without notice.

MomoScan does not recommend that any security should be bought, sold or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Stock data provided by MomoScan may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. We make no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed. Market conditions can change rapidly and past signals are not indicative of future performance.

Trading in stocks and financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• The value of investments can go down as well as up
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions
• MomoScan accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using this service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomoScan and its operator shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, revenue or data
• Trading or investment losses arising from use of the service
• Service interruptions, downtime or data inaccuracies
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account

As MomoScan is provided free of charge, the service is offered on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or copy any part of the service
• Use automated tools to access or extract data from MomoScan
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Redistribute or resell any data or content from MomoScan

Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content, design, code and data displayed on MomoScan is the intellectual property of MomoScan and its operator unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this website without our written permission.

Market data displayed on MomoScan is sourced from third-party financial data providers and is subject to their respective terms of use.

MomoScan operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–01:00 GMT (+1), excluding UK bank holidays and US market closures. We aim to maintain high availability during these hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades or any other reason. Where possible we will provide advance notice of planned downtime via email.

We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MomoScan after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
